Jacque Vilet is an executive who has over 20 years experience in human resources – both U.S. and international. She is experienced in talent acquision, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, career development, competency development, organization design and planning, compensation, and benefits. She has worked for several major multinationals in both corporate and division roles as well as on extended overseas assignments. Some of these companies are Intel, 3Com, National Semiconductor and Seagate Technology.

Her strengths include:

  • Start-up operations in foreign countries
  • Due diligence and integration work in mergers and acquisitions – including transition strategies, retention plans for key employees and communication strategies
  • Design and implementation of market competitive compensation plans
  • Development of technical job competencies that result in quality hires and improved employee productivity and performance
  • Re-engineering and streamlining of human resources processes
  • Globalization of the human resources function - business-linked, globally relevant and free from a “U.S.-centric” approach
  • Project management – including multi-site and global

Ms. Vilet has a B.S. and M.S. in Psychology from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management, World at Work and The Human Capital Institute.
